Sea Kayak & Canoe Winter Seminar - February 7 & 8th, 2009
Help WWTA host a great indoor event at the Community Center at Mercer View on Mercer Island. Volunteers are needed for registration, room monitors, and to help staff the WWTA outreach booth. Please tell us what day(s) you are available and email volunteer@wwta.org
Blake Island Dune Grass Planting & Work Party - March 7th
Annual dune grass planting and maintainence at one of the Cascadia Marine Trail's popular campsites. Volunteers paddle to the work site or take a shuttle from the Manchester Public Dock. Please RSVP.
A range of volunteers are needed to help host WWTA's infamously fun fundraiser. See auction volunteer descriptions. Volunteers are asked to attend a pre-auction training, dates to be announced.
Blind Island Work Party - May 9th
It's time to take out your aggression and find peace pulling invasive Scotch Broom and English Ivy! Volunteers arrive by personal watercraft or take a shuttle from the Orcas Island Ferry Dock. Please RSVP.
